Following the approval of an application, a nominal fee is levied, and the procedural journey typically unfolds over a span of 4-6 weeks. Nevertheless, substantial submissions or those boasting an expansive array of products or services may necessitate an extended duration for meticulous scrutiny and ultimate approval.

Certification Mark Process and Policies
Steps in the Certification Process:
- The company initiates the submission process by meticulously completing an online application form, accompanied by a comprehensive list of products and their respective ingredients and processing details, all uploaded to Hindu Certification.
- Any pertinent information regarding shared machinery and corresponding cleaning procedures (if applicable) is also diligently provided.
- At the request of the company, we gladly engage in the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Upon receiving the application and the associated fee, Hindu Certification undertakes a thorough review, and any inquiries or requests for additional documentation are promptly communicated to the applicant.
- Products and accompanying documentation undergo meticulous scrutiny, which may involve direct communication with suppliers and manufacturers. The duration of this process varies, contingent upon the number of products submitted and the complexity of ingredients or processes involved.
- Following a comprehensive evaluation of the, ownership, products and requisite documentation, Hindu Certification will either approve the application for the use of the Certification Mark over a 36-month period or, if necessary, reject the application.
- An agreement is emailed to the company representative for careful review, signature, and return.
- Upon receiving the signed agreement and the annual licensing fee, Hindu Certification returns the approved agreement along with a certificate permitting the use of the Hindu certification mark specifically for the endorsed products, not the entire company. Additional products can be submitted for review at no extra cost during the 36-month period.
- Hindu Certification provides the Certification Mark artwork in various formats, stipulating that the mark must remain unaltered and exclusively represent individual products. Any violation prompts an immediate request for correction. Failure to comply within twenty-one (21) days results in the termination of the Certification Mark usage. Products incorrectly marked are listed on the Hindutva Certification website’s “Certification Alerts” for consumer awareness.
- The company grants HinduCertification permission to feature the company on its website. Exclusive promotion through printed materials, online posts, recipes, articles, tabling events, giveaways, and social media feeds is reserved solely for certified products. Product samples may be considered for inclusion in articles and social media feeds.
After the initial 365 days period, a comprehensive review of the company and its approved product list is conducted. A company representative is required to sign an updated agreement and submit an annual licensing fee to continue using the Certification Mark for another 365 days.
- Companies are obligated to promptly inform Hindu Certification in writing of any changes to the ingredients in products bearing the Certification Mark, submitting new ingredient lists for verification and approval.
- Written notification to Hindu Certification is essential if a company undergoes changes in addresses, website addresses, or ownership due to acquisition. The use of the Certification Mark on products does not automatically carry over in case of business transfer or acquisition.
Certification Mark Placement:
The distinguished Certification Mark is permitted for inclusion on the packaging of Approved Products, in advertisements, and on websites, provided that clarity prevails in distinguishing the fact that the business is not endorsed or promoted by Hindutva Certification. It is crucial to convey that not all products offered by the business bear the coveted Hindutva Certified status, unless, of course, every product produced by the company is genuinely Hindu food Certified. Only the Approved Products are eligible to display the prestigious Certified Vegan designation.
The flexibility of the Certification Mark extends to its placement on product packaging, with no stringent guidelines dictating its specific location. This freedom allows for creative and strategic placement, ensuring the mark seamlessly integrates with individual packaging aesthetics.
Certification Mark Size:
The Certification Mark may be used in required size as needed on the product packaging. There are no specific guidelines for Certification Mark size on individual packaging or websites.
Certification Mark Color:
The Certification Mark may be colored as needed on the product packaging as long as the symbol and words/logotype are visible. There are no specific guidelines for Certification Mark color on individual packaging.
A violation of these regulations will result in an immediate request to fix the error. If the Certification Mark is not correctly presented within twenty-one (21) days, Hindutva Certification will terminate the use of the Certification Mark.
Certification is the mark of Hindutva Certification
The Certification Mark is the property of the www.hinducertificates.com & may be revoked under the following circumstance:
1.Failure to conform in any way to the certification agreement.
2.Non-payment of the licensing fee.
3. Misuse of Certification Mark on products not certified vegan/vegetarian/organic/Jain. If at any time a Certified Product fails in more than an immaterial degree to conform to the standards and specifications that were the bases for the Certification, Licensee will immediately cease all use of the Certification Mark on its undistributed Certified Product units and immediately destroy all nonconforming materials in their possession containing the Certification Mark if www.hinducertificates.com requests that they do so.
4.Licensee shall also immediately notify all distributors, advertisers, and customers who may have noncompliant Certified Product units and advertising therefore bearing the Certification Mark.
5. Licensee shall require all sublicensees to immediately destroy all nonconforming materials in their possession containing the Certification Mark if www.hinducertificates.com requests that they do so.
Hindutva Certification maintains the authority to impose penalty fees upon any company found in breach of the merchant agreement, whether through the misuse of the Certification Mark or the provision of false or misleading information regarding product ingredients and processing. The distinctive nature and value of Hindutva Certification’s services, coupled with the unique standing of the Certification Mark, make it evident that the loss incurred is not reasonably compensable through legal damages.
Companies are expressly prohibited from employing language that may insinuate a product recommendation by www.hinducertificates.com Acceptable wording includes the statement, “Certified (Vegan) by Hindutva Certification.”
